Charitable Activities
Over the years, Susan Kim has donated time to numerous special causes, including Women for MACC, the Girl Scouts of southeast Wisconsin, and the Women’s Fund of greater Milwaukee.
In 2003, Susan approached management about starting an event to help babies-in-need in southeast Wisconsin, and the “Community Baby Shower” was born. Every January, Susan, TODAY’S TMJ4, the Social Development Commission, and other sponsors pool their resources to hold the one day event to collect items for underprivileged infants. Since its inception in 2003, the “Community Baby Shower” has collected hundreds of thousands of items for hundreds of families in Wisconsin.
